Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping​

  • ALL pricing is in CAD

  • Shipping will take place any time Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.

  • Shipping times will depend based on the product(s) ordered, availability and back orders.

  • Shipping time could take up to 7-10 business days. A notification will be sent if order takes longer.

  • If product(s) are ordered on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) orders will be processed on the following Monday.

  • There is a flat shipping rate of $10 across Canada. We do not ship internationally.

Back Orders

  • Every product is subject to back orders. You will be notified if a product is on back order.

  • If you ordered more than one (1) item; and one (1) item is back ordered, we will wait until we have the full order to ship. If you would like the different product(s) to be shipped at different times, extra shipping charges may apply. 


Defects & Damages

  • We will always check the order for damages and defects before shipping to avoid any future issues. In the event of damages or a defect being missed: please email photos to chanel@pkbb.ca. If we come to a conclusion that there is a defect or damage, the product is to be shipped back to our location. A new product will be shipped out.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. 

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

  • First & Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Shipping Address

  • Email Address 

  • Credit Card Information


How Is My Information Used?
Your information is only used to fill your order.

Security and Storage
Only your order data, billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our system. We do not store your Credit Card data. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In Store

  • In store, we will issue refunds/returns and exchanges as long as the product passes inspection. 

  • Returned/exchanged products will have a 25% restocking fee charged to the customer.

Online

  • There is a no exchange policy.

  • If a return must take place, product(s) are to be shipped at customers expense and product(s) are subject to inspection before refund is issued. You will charged a 25% restocking fee for any returned goods.
