If you are a customer with the original purchasing recepit, we will be happy to assist you with your needed part.
Lucky for you, we have a small parts department! The owner of PLATINUM (boss man) is our parts master and he can help with almost anything. (As long as you provide a brand, of course.)
Email us with a picture of what you need with your name, phone number, and a photo or attachment of your original receipt. If you do not have your receipt, we can attempt to retrieve it from our system. Every customer who has every purchased a product from us should exist in our system with no issues. We are all about the customer experience and above average to high-end products. We have access to all the kitchen and bathroom products that the large box stores have; however, they do not have the same selection of products that we have. We have one of the largest selection of products available at your finger tips!
One of the largest differences is that the Platinum team is not comission based and they do not push to get a simple sale. They are here to help educate you on the products and to show you the endless possiblities. From technicalities, to design and colour, our Platinum team is very helpful and educated in the kitchen and bathroom industry.
